YOGA FUSIÓN 2025 - Multilevel
This channel compiles 4 Yoga & Meditation classes of 45 minutes each where we work on the entire body and dedicate between 10 and 15 minutes to the final meditation with the purpose of elaborating and writing down our intentions for the new year. Our guiding principle is AUTHENTICITY. The classes are multi-level and each one addresses a different topic.

YOGA FUSIÓN - Multilevel
Yoga Fusion is a comprehensive and functional practice to stretch and strengthen the entire body. A fusion of Hatha Yoga, PSP Method and Pilates. These classes are the beginning of my own practice and teaching methodology that gives rise to Alo Toia.
YIN YOGA - Multilevel
This is a collection of classes to help you relax completely. The Yin practice follows the principles of stillness and permanence to let the stretching happen. In general, almost all the postures are on the floor and offer effortless stretching. They are not correlative and are suitable for all levels.

Yin Yoga
ITALIA: Heart Opening - Intermediate/advanced level
This is a series of thoracic mobility, dedicated especially to stretching, opening, mobilizing and strengthening the middle and upper back area. We work on flexion, twisting, lateral flexions and especially extensions/openings of the heart. Inspired by my current experience accompanying my father in his recovery after a major head operation, after a long time without seeing him and a lot of distance between us that now confronts me with new situations and a lot of internal mobilization. Although I feel the great commitment, I also feel a great resistance and with that same contradiction, I enjoyed and suffered some of these classes. I hope that you also allow yourself to be committed and open.
VINYASA: Twist & Side bends - Intermediate/advanced level
This Vinyasa is an intermediate/advanced level series that works the entire body with a special focus on twists and lateral flexions using postures such as vasisthasana (lateral plank with its different variations). 4 x 30-minute vinyasa classes + 5 x reinforcement classes to practice the most difficult postures and transitions and condition the body for vinyasa.

DESDE INDIA: Reflecting Feelings - Multilevel
Desde India is a series of Yoga and meditation classes recorded during my time in Mumbai. The classes are multilevel and reflect my feelings and experience in this magical country. We dedicate between 10 and 15 minutes to the final meditation.
YOGA IN RISHIKESH: Multilevel Yoga & Meditation Classes
Yoga in Rishikesh is a continuation of the "Desde India" channel. They are multilevel Yoga and meditation classes where I share my experience and learnings in the world capital of Yoga. There are several classes dedicated to shoulders and arms, there are neck stretches, vinyasas, extensions and inverts. Enjoy!
