Mobility and fluidity to enjoy more surfing performance. In this category you will find classes to stretch, increase your range of motion and strengthen your body without getting stiff. After my first Pilates training in 2008 I moved to Hawaii where I started surfing, so my work has always been linked to the surf. From that moment until now, I traveled and lived in some of the best surf destinations working alongside international surf coaches and got to know in depth the needs and demands that we surfers have. That's why I developed these classes to help you flow more every day, feeling stronger and lighter on the board.

MINISERIE DE SURF - Essential level
In this miniseries you will learn the basics of physical conditioning for surfers with a 20-minute training class, a 25-minute stretching class, and two short 10-minute videos to warm up and stretch immediately before and after surfing. If you are strong and flexible you will perform much better in the sea and if you warm up and stretch afterwards you will enjoy it even more. Follow the order of the videos.

SURF TRAVEL KIT - Multilevel
This channel contains a mini series of classes designed exclusively to accompany your surf trip.
