PILATES REFORMER: Love for the Method - Multilevel
This channel compiles classes inspired by the "reformer" repertoire using some elements to reproduce the exercises as faithfully as possible. We return to concepts such as Pilates breathing that emphasizes exhalation (through the mouth) to favor the action of the transverse abdominis; the concept of "round" and "straight back"; and the vertebra-by-vertebra mobilization characteristic of the method. We start with beginner level classes to review all this and lay the foundations to continue challenging ourselves towards more advanced exercises.

Pilates Reformer
POWER PILATES: The Full Body - Intermediate level
In this channel we practice a full body -intermediate level- Pilates sequence: an original series I developed using some popular excercises from the mat repertoire mixed with exercises I borrow from the reformer's repertoire. Like any sequence, it requires that you have prior knowledge of the exercises and postures and that you know my teaching style. Use the PSP Method classes and the other Pilates channels to support the practice of this series and don't hesitate to contact me to guide you!

This channel specially targets abs, legs and glutes using all types of exercises to prepare you for the summer. Intermediate level.
