There are 5 categories that work different body parts so you can focus your training based on your goals. ViFit: My Method to BUILD STRENGTH & BURN FAT - Essential/intermediate level
ViFit is My Method to GAIN STRENGTH and BURN FAT. A Super Explosive Flow that combines Strength and Flexibility exercises with High Intensity Intervals (HIIT). It's a TOTALLY NEW CONCEPT that I developed during my time in Mumbai, where high temperatures and pollution challenged me to create an effective and fun solution to training indoors. I use the "Tabata" system: 4 minutes of maximum intensity intervals (20 seconds ON + 10 seconds OFF x 8 laps), interspersed with the rest of the exercises or postures. And, as the series progresses, I leave that structure behind to merge the HIIT bursts with the sequence of movements in a Super Powerful Flow. The classes are designed to follow a progressive order: 🔹 New exercises in each session. 🔹 Greater intensity and challenge as you progress. 🔹 A unique experience that mixes the power of HIIT with the fluidity of conscious movement.

My 30-minute classes are designed to: ☀️ Activate you in the morning and increase your focus & Relax you in the evening and improve your rest. 🌙 This is one of my favorite channels because ALO TOIA was born in Sri Lanka. The nature, lifestyle and people there were a huge inspiration, encouraging me to flow intuitively through movement while being fully in the present moment. The classes are not correlative, so choose according to your needs for the day. Make the most of your time and transform your daily routine!
