What does the membership include?
All memberships include unlimited access to the entire Video Library organized in Themed Collections (PSP Method, Surf Workouts, ALT Movement, Yoga Fusion & Pilates) and to all the Specialized Channels, including the Weekly Livestreams. All memberships start with a 7-day free trial.
How do I use the Membership?
When you log in you will see the complete Video Library organized in Themed Collections and you have several alternatives to structure your training: 1. Follow the Monthly Training Plan specially curated by me: you will find it in the ALT Video Collection under the name of the current month. 2. Choose the Video Collection and Channel you like the most and practice the classes consecutively. 3. Choose more than one Channel and practice the classes alternately. For example: Vinyasa on Mondays and Wednesdays and ViFit on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 4. Practice according to your state or need of the moment using the search tool to find classes by topic, level or duration, for example: #pilates #30min #glutes.
What style of Yoga and Pilates are the classes?
I’ve always been fitness and wellness oriented and over the years I developed my own personal style combining all my knowledge and love for sports. All the classes in Alo Toia have the purpose of helping you look and feel your best to enjoy life fully. Find the description of each discipline in the Themed Video Collections.
Any tips for self-practice?
Before you begin, take some time to explore the Video Library and let yourself be guided by the classes that seem most interesting to you. I recommend that you choose in advance the days and times you want to train during the week and block them in your agenda. Choose a comfortable place in your house and dress for the occasion. Personal practice is all about discovery and intuition, so listen to your body as best you can. If any exercise or posture doesn't feel good, don't do it and contact me! I am here to guide you.
I'm new in Alo Toia, where do I start?
The PSP Method is the first step to start enjoying Alo Toia. In these classes you will get to know your body and learn the basic principles that I use in all my practices and trainings (feet and hands placement, muscle activation and breathing) and the logic behind each movement or posture. After completing ALL the classes in the PSP Method Video Collection, -if you are a beginner in Pilates, Yoga or training, look for the Essential Level classes or Channels-, and if you already have experience in body movement, choose the classes and trainings that you like the most.
How does the Membership billing work?
All new memberships start with a 7-day free trial. Your membership starts automatically after the trial, unless you cancel before the end of the 7-day period. Your first payment will be processed after your free trial ends. You will see the charge on your credit card or Mercado Pago account no later than one day after the purchase. Monthly Memberships are billed every 30 days and Annual Memberships are billed every 365 days.
How do I cancel my Membership?
After logging into your Account, click on the My Plans button and then click on the Cancel my Subscription button and follow the instructions. Note: There are no refunds for Memberships, but you will have access to all content included in your plan for the entire current billing cycle, regardless of when you cancel. You can cancel at any time. You should receive an email confirming your cancellation shortly after. As long as you cancel before your billing date, you won't be charged for your next billing cycle. You can see your next billing date in the My Plans button in your Account.
Can I make changes to my membership and payment methods?
Yes. Simply after logging in, on your Account click on My Plans button where your membership information, your current payment method and your next billing date will be displayed. There you will find the Change Payment Method button.
